Insurance Agent
Responsibilities:
Educate clients on
different types of
Insurance products and
services.
Gather required
documentation,
understand client needs,
and explain all options
available to help our
clients make the best
possible financial
decision.
Attend training
events, follow company
policies and procedures,
and participate in
special programs.
The pay is 100%
commission. On average
you can earn anywhere
from $100 to $10,000 per
transaction. On a
part-time basis you can
easily generate one
transaction per month.
The first step is to
get licensed. Once you
pass the state exam, you
will be ready to start
servicing your clients.
We have one other
structure for
individuals that may not
have time to dedicate to
the process of meeting
with the client,
understanding their
requirements, gathering
the necessary
information, etc.
They can refer the lead
over to one of our
experienced Insurance
Agents for a referral
fee (Amount is based on
type of transaction).
You still need to get
licensed in order to
receive compensation on
a loan.
Requirements:
An Illinois
Insurance Producers
license is required.
Must be 18 years of
age.
Must have a high
school diploma or G.E.D.
Must have a strong
desire to help people
along with good work
ethics and a positive
attitude.
Must be computer
literate.
