Responsibilities:

• Opening loan file in Loan Origination Software Encompass.
• Pulling and reviewing credit report.
• Verifying that documentation provided by Loan officer and borrower matches loan application.
• Running loan file through automated underwriting engines as appropriate.
• Collecting all necessary documentation needed to submit loan file.
• Submission of loan file prior to commitment date to loan officer’s investor of choice.
• Typing of pre-approval or approval letters.
• Ordering title, insurance, flood and whatever other documents are needed to clear the file to close.
• Communicate with all interested parties on status of the loan file.
• Handle multiple projects with precision and accuracy.
• Attend training events, follow company policies and procedures, and participate in special programs.
• The pay is 100% commission. You make up to $400 per file.
  
   

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a strong desire to help people along with good work ethics and a positive attitude.
• Must be computer literate.
