Real Estate Agent
Responsibilities:
Educate borrowers on
steps involved in
purchasing or selling
properties.
Gather required
documentation,
understand client needs,
and communicate with
third parties such as
attorneys, real estate
companies, title
companies, lenders,
processors, and more to
ensure smooth closings.
Attend training
events, follow company
policies and procedures,
and participate in
special programs.
The pay is 100%
commission. On average
you can earn anywhere
from $5,000 - $7,000 per
transaction. On a
part-time basis you can
easily generate one real
estate transaction per
month assuming you
follow our program.
The first step is to
get licensed. Once you
pass the state exam, you
will be ready to start
servicing your clients.
We have one other
structure for
individuals that may not
have time to dedicate to
the process of meeting
with the client,
understanding their
requirements, gathering
the necessary
information, etc. They
can refer the lead over
to one of our
experienced Real Estate
Agents for a referral
fee of $500. You still
need to get licensed in
order to receive
compensation on a loan.
Requirements:
An Illinois Real
Estate Agents license is
required.
Must have a high
school diploma or G.E.D.
Must be 18 years of
age.
Must have a strong
desire to help people
along with good work
ethics and a positive
attitude.
Must be computer
literate.
