Telemarketer
Responsibilities:
Generate sales leads
through telemarketing.
Qualify each lead
and transfer all leads
to the correct
salesperson.
Become familiar with
all aspects of the
mortgage industry.
Attend training
events, follow company
policies and procedures,
and participate in
special programs.
The pay is hourly
plus
commission. On average
you can earn anywhere
from $200 per
transaction. On a
part-time basis you can
easily generate 30-40
transactions per month.
The first step is to
get a Loan Solicitors license. Once you
obtain the license, you
will be ready to start
telemarketing. (THERE IS
NO TEST FOR THIS TYPE OF
LICENSE)
Requirements:
An Illinois Loan
Solicitors license is
required.
Excellent telephone
and customer service
skills.
Must have a high
school diploma or G.E.D.
Must have a strong
desire to help people
along with good work
ethics and a positive
attitude.
Must be computer
literate.
